Implementation Specialist

Overview:

Intel-Assess, Inc., is a rapidly growing presence in the field of educational assessment. Intel-Assess provides assessment solutions to school districts and States to drive student improvement through actionable data beyond anything else in the market. Intel-Assess enables districts administer any combination of short cycle, formative, and summative assessments that match the district’s assessment goals and scope and sequence. Educators can produce their own assessments with Intel-Assess’ best-in-breed, online, assessment creation tool, or Intel-Assess will produce assessments aligned to the district’s blueprints. Intel-Assess also provides consultative services, including assisting districts in defining, and executing effective assessment models and providing printing and distribution support. 

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Implementation Specialist will work with Intel-Assess’ Director of Educations Solutions, and school districts, to design, launch, and support their assessment programs:

  1. Work with school districts throughout CA helping them refine their assessment programs;
  2. Work with districts on the details of implementation of their assessment programs;
  3. Provide training and support—both in-person and on-line—do  new and existing districts; and
  4. Help develop Intel-Assess’ support model to provide the best support model possible, that is dynamic and flexible.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will preferably have:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in education, or related field;
  2. Minimum of years experience working in the classroom, with some experience in use of educational assessment—central district office experience is deemed a plus;
  3. Knowledge of the CA content standards and Frameworks, as well as trends toward the Common Core standard set
  4. Knowledge of effective educational assessment models;
  5. Strong customer relationship experience and teaching skills;
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Proficiency in with internet-based applications, and desktop applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Description of the Position and Benefits:

This is a full-time position.

  • Located in CA; however, the successful candidate will be able to work from a home-office
  • Requires an estimated 50% travel to work with districts in execution of their assessment program
